Praise God for Who He Is

Now, our God, we give you thanks, and praise your glorious name.

2 Chronicles 29:13

November is a month we all become mindful of how thankful we are. Maybe you have started going around the family dinner table sharing something you are thankful for every night, or posting it on Facebook. Or maybe if you are like me, you find yourself up to your eyeballs in glitter glue from helping your preschooler write what she is thankful for on a “corn and copian” (translates to cornucopia.)  Whatever it is, I hope you are finding ways to tell God that you are thankful for the blessings He has given you, not just through the month of November, but all year through.

While thanksgiving is very important, I want to also draw our attention to a significant act of worship. Praise. Let’s not forget to praise God, not just for what He has given us, but for who He is. God is Who He Says He Is, and for that, we give Him all the praise and glory.

With that being said, I would like to introduce my blog’s current theme(if you haven’t already caught on.)

God Is Who He Says He Is

I am also excited to announce that in the upcoming weeks I will be featuring some guests on my blog who will be sharing their stories, highlighting how God has been faithful and His character unchanging. Be sure to join me over the next few months as we walk through the theme and praise God for all that He is.

Also, I would love to hear from you. If you have a story to share about how God has shown you that He is who He says He is, please comment on this post or email me at Stacie.snell@yahoo.com.

Let all that I am praise the LORD-1
